Since 2015, FORGE has focused on real travel security needs, continuously refining our TSA-accepted luggage locks and developing new solutions. From airports and cruises to hotels and family vacations, we're committed to thoughtful design, dependable quality, and Texas-based support.
Different destinations. Different airports. One less worry. FORGE Atlas uses a Travel Sentry-accepted lock system recognized in 80 countries. Authorized security officers can inspect and relock your suitcase with a compatible key during routine checks. Keep moving. Keep exploring.
You can't watch your suitcase during airport screening. But your lock can leave a sign. When a TSA key opens the FORGE Atlas, a red indicator pops up for you to check after your flight. No batteries. No app. No charging. Just a smart detail that keeps you informed.
Your travel lock shouldn't slow you down. FORGE Atlas combines a zinc alloy body and hardened shackle with four high-contrast number dials and a red alignment line, making your combination easier to read and line up. Thoughtful details for airports, cruises, hotels and every journey in between.
Between cruise terminals, ship cabins, and shore excursions, your suitcase may spend time out of sight. A FORGE Atlas combination lock helps keep zipper pulls secured and adds one more obstacle to casual access—even when your plans take you elsewhere.
From busy airports and hotel check-ins to family vacations, luggage can be delayed, misplaced, or left behind. FORGE Atlas won't track a missing bag, but a locked zipper adds a practical barrier to casual access while it's out of sight. A small precaution before every trip.
Why leave extra metal exposed? FORGE's compact 0.65-inch shackle sits closer to compatible luggage zipper pulls, leaving less room to grip or pry than a longer shackle. A small design choice, made with your travel security in mind.
FORGE Atlas has a standard, travel-friendly size designed to fit most suitcase zipper pulls, plus many travel backpacks, duffel bags, and carry-ons. Its compact 0.14-inch shackle and 2.6 oz weight make it easy to pack for flights, cruises, and hotel stays. Check unusual zipper openings for fit.
Change your FORGE Atlas 4-digit combination anytime using your current code. This quick video shows 3 easy steps to set a new combination. You can change it whenever you like, but remember your current code—you'll need it next time. Simple setup for travel, cruises, hotels, and everyday use.

FORGE was born from a commitment to travel security. In 2015, we started with a TSA-approved luggage lock and grew into a Best Seller in the Amazon TSA lock category, earning the trust of travelers worldwide.
In our 10th year, we continue to expand our travel gear lineup with a range of innovations, including the TSID (Smart Luggage Tag), a battery-free luggage scale, travel pillows, luggage straps, and travel bottles—designed to make every journey easier and safer.
At FORGE, our mission has always been simple: to create high-quality travel essentials and become a brand travelers can rely on.
