This is to ensure that replacement keys are only provided to the rightful owners of Forge locks — preventing anyone from attempting to open another customer’s lock.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the safety and trust of all Forge users.

After placing your order, please email us with your order number and your proof of purchase, otherwise, we will refund the keys.

If your key has a black handle:
Please provide the key number (found on the key or lock)

If your key is labeled "forgequality.com":
Please email us a photo of your lock, clearly showing the bottom of the keyhole.
